Angels Care Association brings people together to turn kindness into action, creating opportunities to connect, give and support those who need a helping hand.
Our focus is to assist individuals facing life-threatening illnesses who already contribute to medical aid but cannot afford what it leaves for them to pay: the excess or co-payment, an operation, or a specialist consultation. Sometimes the help we give is financial; sometimes it is guidance, so that no one has to find their way alone.
Through the collective support of our community, we aim to help ease that financial burden when it matters most, because together, we make a difference.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND ANGELS CARE
Our roots are a few. Our heart is many.
Angels Care was started by a small group of people who believe nobody should face illness, or its costs, alone. They are our roots and our voice: they organise the events, read every request with care and make sure each gift goes where it is needed. But they are not Angels Care on their own. Every donor, sponsor, volunteer and friend who shows up is part of it. We are made of our community.
